Helen from Nova Heart

Nova Heart formed in 2011 is the latest project of Helen Feng, who had been part of the Beijing underground music scene since 2003.
Since it’s formation, it’s become one of mainstays of the Chinese festival circuit along with several world tours including performances at Glastonbury, Exit Festival, Sakifo, Reeperbahn Festival, Iceland Airwaves, SXSW, etc..
Recently Nova Heart has crossed over to composing scores for film and theatre including recent praise for their work on theatre director Meng Jing Hui’s production of Teahouse which became the first Chinese production invited to Festival D’ Avignon.
